Terms and conditions from GAMES 2 TRUST, established in HERZELE

1. General

1.1 The general conditions are applicable on each listing made by GAMES 2 TRUST and on each between GAMES 2 TRUST and consumer negotiated agreement.
The conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the website of GAMES 2 TRUST. On request we can send you a written copy.

1.2 By placing an order, you acknowledge that you agree with the specifications, prices, delivery and payment conditions.
GAMES 2 TRUST reserves the right to change its delivery and / or payment conditions after the expiry of the term.

1.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general or specific conditions or stipulations of third parties are not recognized by GAMES 2 TRUST.

1.4 GAMES 2 TRUST guarantees that the product meets the contract and meets the specifications listed in the offer.

2. Images and specifications

2.1 All images, photographs, specifications, etc. on the website of GAMES 2 TRUST are only approximate, are indicative and may not lead to damages or rescission of the contract.

Practically New:

An object that appears to have just been removed from the packaging. The item has no wear, is intact and is in pristine condition.

Very good:

An object that's used, but still in very good condition. There is no damage to the box or cover.

The item has no wear, scratches, cracks or dents.

The clips of the disc holder are undamaged.

The exterior of the object shows minimal wear and tear.

The disc will not malfunction during play.

Good:

An object that is used but is in good condition. The sleeve may be slightly damaged and may show scuffs.

The clips of the disc holder may be damaged.

The instructions for the video game and the box may be missing.

The exterior of the object shows wear and tear.

The disc will not malfunction during play.

Reasonable:

An object that shows obvious wear and tear, but still works. The cover is damaged and can show cracks or dents.

The instructions for the video game and the box may be missing.

The exterior of the object shows a lot of wear and tear.

The disc malfunctions during play.

3. Payment terms

3.1 Payments must be made by one of the payment methods mentioned above.

3.2 Payments must be made within 10 working days.

4. Delivery

4.1 GAMES 2 TRUST will dispatch all orders within 5 working days, unless a different deadline is agreed.
If delivery within 5 working days or agreed delivery time isn't possible (because the ordered is out of stock or no longer available), or there is another reason for delay, or an order can't or be only partially carried out, the consumer receives, within 7 business days after placing the order, a message and in that case he has the right to cancel the order without penalty.

4.2 Games of Trust are no longer responsible once the item has been delivered to the seller’s address (proof of delivery or if delivery has been refused). Proof of refusal and delivery will be obtained from courier / postal carrier.

4.3 All delivery timescales / deadlines mentioned on the site are approximate and not legally binding.

5. Prices

5.1 Prices may vary from item to item.

5.2 All prices on the site are subject to misprints. For the consequences of misprints no liability is accepted.

5.3 All prices on the site are in Euros and include 21% VAT.

6. Data Management

6.1 If you place an order with GAMES 2 TRUST, your data will be included in the customer base of GAMES 2 TRUST.
GAMES 2 TRUST adheres to the Data Protection Act and will not provide your information to third parties.

6.2 GAMES 2 TRUST respects the privacy of the users of the website and ensures confidentiality of your personal information.

Our shop also features an SSL certificate, so all data and transactions are 100% secure.

6.3 GAMES 2 TRUST sometimes makes use of a mailing list. Each mailing includes instructions to remove yourself from this list.

7. Warranty and conformity

7.1 GAMES 2 TRUST guarantees that the products and / or services meet the contract specifications stated in the listing.

7.2 If it appears that the delivered goods are wrong, inadequate or incomplete, then the customer (before proceeding to return) needs to report these defects to GAMES 2 TRUST, within 14 days after discovery of the defect by e-mail to GAMES 2 TRUST.
The return of the goods must be made in the original packaging (including accessories and documentation).

7.3 If the customer complaints are found justified by GAMES 2 TRUST, GAMES 2 TRUST will refund or replace (at the choice of the consumer).
Potential liability from GAMES 2 TRUST into damage is limited to a maximum of the invoice amount of the relevant goods.
Any liability from GAMES 2 TRUST is excluded for any other form of damages, including additional compensation in any form whatsoever, compensation for indirect or consequential damages caused by transportation.

7.4 GAMES 2 TRUST is not liable for damage caused by intent.

7.5 This guarantee does not apply if: the buyer has repaired the delivered goods themselves and / or processed by third parties to repair / or edit, or if the delivered items have been exposed to abnormal conditions or otherwise treated carelessly.

8. Agreement

8.1 GAMES 2 TRUST reserves the right to only accept orders without giving reasons, under the condition that the shipment takes place after payment.

9. Odds

9.1 GAMES 2 TRUST is not liable if and when she cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure.

9.2 Force majeure means. Unforeseeable circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling a contract.

Delay or failure by suppliers, disruptions on the Internet / e-mail traffic, strikes, government measures, defects in appliance or shipment tools count explicitly as force majeure.

9.3 GAMES 2 TRUST reserves in case of force majeure to suspend the right to its obligations and is also entitled to terminate the contract in whole or in part, or to claim that the content of the agreement is amended so as execution remains possible. In no event shall GAMES 2 TRUST be obliged to pay any penalty or damages.

10. Liability

10.1 GAMES 2 TRUST is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products. Before use, read the instructions on the packaging.
